"Yeah. I should write a blog."

Hi. I'm Basma. I'm 15 years old and I live in the UK and I've decided to write a blog.

It's 12:35am right now where I am and I'm spending my time making this blog rather than sleeping. Like I should be doing. There's something really soothing about being awake whilst everyone else sleeps. 

I already have a blog, but it's a book blog and I haven't really been updating it frequently. Whoooops. 

So my friend started making her blog a few minutes ago and she was all, "Yeah, you should make one with me." So then I was like:

"Yeah. I should write a blog."

Not a book blog, to be specific. One that I'll just enjoy writing on - about myself and just random stuff that goes on. 

I'm actually quite scared that my writing's going to be really rubbish on here. I don't know, the whole idea of me being all cliché and writing bad stuff makes me not want to write a blog. But I've thought of it so many times now and I'm just like, oh well. I'll just write what I want to write. 

That's why I'm sitting here now, in bed, with my reading lamp that lives beside it turned on. I'm actually listening to Pure Heroine by Lorde because I haven't listened to it yet and I have time now, so, you know.

That's it then. That's my first post on here. I'm planning on changing my blog name and URL and the whole 'look' of it sometime but right now I don't think I'll be any good because I'm kind of sleepy now. Oh yeah, it's the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who today - just thought I'd mention it. 

Alright I won't read through this because I bet you'll cringe. Or something. And I'm sorry if I made you cringe. I appreciate you reading this all, though. :)
